| 1. Open Integrade Pro and Select Your Class Gradebook

| 2. Click
on: File. This will open the File drop-down. (Note:
It does not matter which class or spreadsheet you are in.) 3. Click
on: Export from Gradebook |

| 4. In
the ‘Export from Gradebook’ window, Click in the box next to the <Reporting> Nine
Weeks. This will put an 'X' in the box. (NOTE: Check only ONE box in this section;
the reporting nine weeks.) 5. At
the bottom of the ‘Export from Gradebook’ window, Click on: Next |

Note: You
will see:
WARNING
Some data required
for export is missing. This information should be entered before you
export. The following is a sample of some of the missing data.
It gives you
the name of the class and what data is missing. If you have a HOMEROOM class, you
will always get a ‘Required Data Missing’ error because grades are not given
to a HOMEROOM class. If this is your only error, or if you know what is
causing the error (i.e. A student was assigned too late in the reporting
period to have a grade):

Click in the box next to: ‘Continue With Export

Click on: Next
(Note: If you get a WARNING and do not
know why, write down the indicated error exactly as it is on your screen, Click
on: CANCEL and report the error to your SASI administrator.

| 8. At
the bottom of the ‘Export from Gradebook’ window, Click on: Export
|

| You
will see:
Select Export Directory.
Make sure the second line below the
title bar reads: H:\IGPRO\225\'<your teacher number>' and that the '<your teacher
number> folder' is highlighted.
9. Click on: OK
(at the bottom of the ‘Select Export Directory’ window)

| At this point you will be given the opportunity to
review the errors found by the InteGrade software. Click YES
to see the errors.
Remember if you have a HOMEROOM
class, you will always get errors because grades are not given to a
HOMEROOM class. If this is your only error, or if you know what is
causing the error (i.e. A student was assigned too late in the
reporting period to have a grade) or if you just don't want to
review the errors, click NO and you will return to your gradebook.
Go to Step 10

| If you click YES , the error log is placed in
Notepad. Use the scroll bar to scroll up and down the doccument.
If you have questions, you can print the document and show it to your
SASI administrator. Close this window and you will be back in your
gradebook.

| 10. You
only have to EXPORT ONCE. This will export all
of your classes at one time. (Note:
Exporting sends a file containing your grades to the network. The file
is ready to be imported by Guidance. You will not see your
grades in SASI until Guidance imports your file from the network. |
