| 1. Open Integrade Pro and Select Your
Gradebook File

| 2. Select a class |

| 3. In the Spreadsheet Window change: ‘Weighted Type
(Numeric Weighted Type)’ to: ‘<Reporting> Nine Weeks Spreadsheet’

| 4. Type in each student's grade in the <Reporting> 9wks
Grade column. I recommend you save the gradebook when you get all of
your grades typed into the column.

| Print a copy of the Nine
Weeks Spreadsheet for your records. |

| 5. Click on: Report. This will open a
drop-down of report options. 6. Click on: Spreadsheet.
This will open the 'Spreadsheet Report' window. |

| 7. Indicate which students you want to be in the
report by clicking the box next to the name. You can indicate all
students by clicking on the 'All' button at the bottom of the
window. Click Next. This will open a print prewiew
window. |

| 8. If the information and the format are what you want. (Note: Click on the report to 'zoom
in' and better see the information in the report.)
Click on: Print.
The report will
print and you will go back to your gradebook window. |

| 9. Repeat steps 2-8 for each class |
