If we need additional information, we will post it to the ticket which will then send a notification. If your computer will not allow you to submit a ticket, log in to another computer.




In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

We will notify you of updates to your submitted help tickets via email. It is important for you to read your emails from PCHelp. Do not reply to PCHelp emails. To notify us, you must update your ticket.
