Meet the Administration

 

Mr. Dupree is starting his sixteenth year in education and his ninth year as a school administrator.  He comes to West Bainbridge Middle by way of Cairo and Thomas County.  From 1992-1999 he was a teacher at Cairo High and from 1999-2004 he served as an assistant principal at Washington Middle. In 2004, Mr. Dupree moved to Thomasville where he served as an assistant principal at Thomas County Central HS.

Mr. Dupree has Bachelor and Master degrees from Valdosta State and a Specialist degree from Albany State.  He has also served in the US Army where he credits a lot of his “training” and serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association of Middle School Principals.

Awards include the 2006 Mike Campbell Exemplary Leadership Award and the 2004 Georgia Assistant Principal of the Year from the Georgia Association of Middle School Principals.

Mr. Dupree loves to read, watch action/adventure movies, and visit with friends.

 

 
Mr. Scott Nimmo
Assistant Principal

Mr. Nimmo was born and raised in Indiana.  He graduated from Bainbridge High School and went on to Valdosta State College to receive his B.S., M.S., and Ed.S.   His teaching experience has included the instruction of elementary school, middle school, and serving in school administration.  He has one son, Ryne. His "free" time is spent enjoying music, sports, and home improvement projects.

 

 

 

 

Mrs. Shirley Clark

Lead Instructional Teacher

Mrs. Clark has been in education for twenty-eight years.  She has taught grades first through eight.  She received her degree in elementary education from Albany State University and a masters in middles grades from Georgia State University.  Her motto is "Failure is not an option".  She is the proud mother of Shirmil and Shirelle.

She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and pageantry.
