The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act guides the policies and procedures for identifying and assisting homeless students in Decatur County. The complete Board Policy may be viewed by accessing the Board Policies link.

Homeless liaison Chip Davis, along with social workers, works  with schools and MVP building contacts to ensure compliance with the policy and to identify and meet the needs of students identified as homeless. Parent Information can also be found at the District Parent Resource Center and at each school parent resource center.
