TITLE III - English Language Learners
The Title III Federal Program identifies and serves English Language Learners in Decatur County. English Language (EL) learners are identified using the DRC Screener. Student eligibility is determined by individual test scores and once a student is eligible, parent permission is required for participation in English as a Second Language Program (ESOL). All EL students are required by law to participate in the ACCESS assessment each school year.
ESOL service sites: Jones Wheat Primary, West Bainbridge Primary, Hutto Elementary School, Bainbridge Middle School, Bainbridge High School and New Beginnings Learning Center.
For assistance or questions, please contact via email Chip Davis at Email Chip Davis Director of Title III or by phone at 229-248-2835.
