There’s something special about seeing these students in caps and gowns, knowing this is just the beginning of their journey. While they are celebrating kindergarten graduation today, Bainbridge High School seniors will take the stage tomorrow, Saturday, May 16, as proud Bearcat graduates.
Moments like these remind us how important it is to celebrate every milestone along the way — from kindergarten to graduation day.
Congratulations to our WBP Wildcats… future BHS Bearcats! 💜💛🐾

Only parents may pick up their child's medications.

🏆 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ROOKIE ALL-STARS! 🏆
We are beyond thrilled to announce that Team 11214, the Bainbridge High School robotics team the [CY]BEARCATS #1121, have officially been named the Rookie All-Star Award winners for the Galileo Division at the 2026 FIRST Championship in Houston! The World Championship hosts roughly 600 of the top teams from over 3,000+ global competitors. To win this on the Galileo Division means the [CY]BEARCATS were selected as the standout rookie team from a field of dozens of world-class programs.
The judges had some incredible things to say about the team's culture, "This team has succeeded in creating a culture of connection. Full of purple, they exude the core value of FUN, bringing time, grit and work together. They made the judges’ choice easy."
This award isn't just about building a robot; it’s about building a foundation. It recognizes a first-year team that truly "gets it"—exemplifying the mission of FIRST to inspire the next generation of scientists and technologists while fostering a strong, sustainable partnership effort.
From the long hours with their robot to the iconic purple fedoras on and off the field, the grit and passion of these students, mentors, and sponsors have paid off on the world stage.
