Congratulations to Greta Zuccaro on being the 1st Bainbridge High School Swimmer to become a State Champion in swimming!!! Greta placed 1st in the GHSA 1A-3A Girls 100 yard Breaststroke. Best of luck to Greta as she returns to Italy to further her education and swim career. Once a Bearcat, always a Bearcat!!
The BHS Anchor Club, Pilot Club of Bainbridge, and Bainbridge Public Safety will be giving away FREE helmets on Thursday, June 4 from 4:00–6:00 PM at Bainbridge Public Safety (510 Louise St.).
Helmets are available in small, medium, and large sizes on a first come, first served basis for anyone who rides a bike, skateboard, scooter, or participates in other wheeled activities. No ID required — just stop by!

Last week, Bainbridge High School had the opportunity to celebrate the incredible teachers and staff who pour so much love, time, and dedication into our students each and every day. We truly enjoyed showering our staff with appreciation all week long!
The week was filled with delicious treats, fun surprises, and lots of Bearcat love! Staff members enjoyed a Hardee’s breakfast with coffee and juice, delicious chicken wraps, chips, drinks, and cookies provided by Southwest Baptist Church, Chick-fil-A gift cards, and DQ ice cream cupcakes. 🍪☕🍦
Our administrators rolled through the halls with a snack cart full of sweet and salty goodies, Buddy & Bella’s School Store baked homemade chocolate chip cookies, Five Star Credit Union delivered even more cookies, and Boyd’s BBQ treated everyone to an amazing lunch!
Throughout the week, teachers and staff also had the chance to win daily giveaways and special prizes. To make the week even more fun, we hosted an “Underground Spirit Week” where teachers dressed up and surprised the students each day! 🎉💜
We are beyond thankful for the hard work, passion, and dedication our teachers and staff show every single day. Bainbridge High School is a better place because of YOU!

🔵The Blue and Gold Student Award is presented to the member who consistently goes above and beyond what is required to gain the most from their FFA experience and to render service for the betterment of the chapter. This member understands the meaning of commitment and demonstrates it in all their activities, setting a positive example for others to follow.
🔵This year’s Blue and Gold award went to two outstanding individuals. These individuals understand the value of our chapter in meeting the needs of our school and community. This year’s recipients are undeniably crucial to our chapter’s success. We are so thankful for their unwavering support.
🔵The Jeff Godwin Friendliest is presented to the member who exemplifies the qualities of a true friend. The Jeff Godwin Friendliest Ag Student Award is given in memory of Jeff Godwin, a Bainbridge FFA member who lost his life in an automobile accident in 1990. Jeff was known for his quick wit, constant smile, and willingness to always help others.
🟢The Star Greenhand is an honor that is bestowed upon a first-year agricultural education student who excels in their involvement in the FFA. The Star Chapter Greenhand recipient is no stranger to hard work, willingness to try new things, and stepping out of their comfort zone. This year's recipient understands that to be successful, you must work hard, even on the toughest of days. 🟢
