On behalf of the Decatur County Band Program, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Decatur County Schools Foundation for their generous support and contribution. This funding has provided our students with an exceptional opportunity to engage directly with world-class musicians from Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, including distinguished educators such as Dr. Demetrius Scott from Alabama, Dr. Jack Eaddy from the University of Georgia, and Dr. Devan Moore from Florida State University.

These interactions have enriched our program immensely, offering our students a unique chance to learn from and collaborate with collegiate-level educators. Such experiences are only possible through the unwavering support of our administration, school system, and the Decatur County Schools Foundation Grant. By participating in these events, our students not only gain invaluable insights but also have the opportunity to network with professionals who can guide them towards continuing their musical journey at the collegiate level, often leading to scholarship opportunities.

We are truly grateful for the support that empowers our students to reach new heights in their musical education and fosters a love for music that can last a lifetime. Your contribution has made a significant impact on their development and future prospects.

Big things are coming ! 🤖 The [cy]Bearcats FRC#11214 are launching the ABii Robot Pilot Program for 26-27. Our newly established robotics team is helping bridge the tech gap by bringing student-built AI tutors to K-5 classrooms to support math, reading, and social skills. Our [cy]Bearcats aren't just building robots; they’re building a smarter future.

By deploying student-built ABii robots, we are:
🤖 Bridging the gap between advanced robotics and daily lessons.
🤖 Supporting teachers and students with AI-powered tutoring in math and reading.
🤖 Developing the next generation of [cy]Bearcat talent through early tech exposure.

This isn’t just a project—it’s a collaboration between our high school tech pros, early childhood education pipeline, and our innovative K-5 classrooms. Let’s get curious! 🚀

The [CY]BEARCATS Code Team requires Logic, Lines, and Leadership 💻

It’s one thing to build a robot; it’s another thing to give it a mind of its own.

Our 11214 Code Team has been living in the lines, turning coffee and logic into movement to ensure our AUTONOMOUS mode is crisp and reliable, this team is proving that code is just as vital as chrome under the guidance of Mr. Lovering, FRC #11214 coach and mentor. His guidance has been the "compiler" for our success, helping our rookie programmers navigate the complexities of WPILib and real-time troubleshooting with a little help from our mentor team # 6919 The Commodores.

The logic is locked in. The code is deployed. Dalton, we’re ready to execute.
